Choosing Cleanroom Wall Systems Panels
The selection of modular cleanroom wall systems panels are a key element in the design of your enclosure. The wall system and building framework begins with the selection that best fits your application. Starrco's 3" thick modular wall panels are completely self contained, allowing your structure to be reconfigured easily and conveniently.
Starrco's wall panels are available in three standard colors: White, Grey and Khaki. Optional wall finishes are available including .032 painted aluminum, painted steel, 0.05 Smooth FRP, .090 FRP, .080 PVC and more.
SS3500 SERIES
Starrco modular cleanroom enclosure stud systems framework decision depends upon the use of space, both now and in the future. All studs in Starrco modular cleanroom systems accommodate quick and easy vertical installations of electrical, data transmission and communication lines in raceways accessible from a cover plate.
All framework is made of structural-grade extruded aluminum, the SS3500 stud acts as a structural column on spaces with long clear spans, on two story structures or for load bearing roofs. The stud system will accommodate steel tube inserts for additional load bearing capabilities.
SS3000 SERIES
The innovatively designed SS3000 is a two piece stud that allows both sides to be equipped with electrical devices and communication receptacles. The design of both studs allows removal and replacement of a wall panel without disturbing either adjacent panels. The design also allows the system to be easily revised and reconfigured through the addition or removal of panels as your needs change.
Doors
The finishes you choose for your Modular Cleanroom doors, windows and wall panels reflect both the style and function of your Starrco cleanroom enclosure system. All Starrco's standard doors are shipped complete with a unique three piece steel frame that will never "get out of square" and ball bearing hinges for smooth opening and closing.
The top half of the door includes 1/4" tempered safety glass which meets all applicable ASTM and ANSI standards. Special glazing options include sliding windows, full height windows and more. Doors shall be 3068 20 gauge commercial grade steel door with honeycomb core.
Each door is equipped with 1 1/2 pair of 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" ball bearing hinges and a stainless steel key-in knob commercial grade (ANSI A156-2) lockset. The top half of the door shall be glazed with 1/4" tempered safety glass.
The doorframe for all systems shall be 18-gauge steel, three-piece frame, mortised to accept hinges. All Cleanspace 3500 series doors are factory primed and finish painted with wall system color match baked on enamel.
Door Hardware: Modular cleanroom doors are often shipped with the following options for field installation: ADA approved door closers, fixed vinyl bottom floor sweep, vinyl door gasket, and panic hardware upon request.
Optional Doors: The SS3500 and SS3000 series wall systems with painted steel framed openings can accommodate a variety of door systems including high speed roll up doors, manual roll up doors, automatic sliding doors, automatic swing doors, and clear vinyl strip curtain doors.
