Fan Powered HEPA Filters
Starrco cleanrooms are shipped complete with the required number of nominal 2' x 4' Fan Powered HEPA filters (FFU's). Standard Units are shipped with 99.99% efficiency on 0.3 micron particle size, three speed switch, forward inclined centrifugal type fan, snap in prefilter, and meet IEST recommended practices.
Standard Electrical properties of Starrco Fan Powered HEPA filters
120 Volt/60Hz/1Ph, -FLA 3 AMP - 650 Average CFM, Sensible heat load =922 BTU/hr. Fan Filter Units are designed for installation in 1-1/2" gasketed cleanroom grid system. Other electrical voltages are available. Fan Filter units are available in a Room Side Replaceable (RSR) style for filter replacement from the room side.
FFU's for Modular Cleanrooms - Options
Fan filter units can be supplied with solid state speed controls, higher efficiency filtration, boron free HEPA filters, air flow indicator light, monitoring and control systems, A/C collar for direct duct connection, power cord, Challenge Port, knife edge seals, and custom sizes.
