Modular cleanroom ceiling systems from Starrco are designed to meet your specific level of cleanliness. Our heavy duty gasketed suspended ceilings for Class 100,000/ISO 8 thru Class 1,000/ISO 6 clean rooms shall be supplied with clean room rated 2' x 4' white vinyl faced gypsum tiles supported in a 1-1/2" heavy duty hot dipped galvanized white painted gasketed steel grid.
The ceiling tiles have a CAC Rating of 40 and are Class A noncombustible. For Class 100/ISO 5 clean rooms a 2" anodized aluminum gasketed grid system with intermediate corner support post for threaded steel suspension systems are provided. Clean room ceiling systems can also be provided in a gel seal configuration when required.
